We had an excellent experience. Prices were much lower than taking my 4 runner to Toyota. I paid a different shop $1200. to fix my car but they never did. Lonestar elite found the real problem and fixed it. My car runs better than when I bought it.

I’ve been a loyal customer of Lonestar Elite Automotive for the past ten years, and I can confidently say that they truly prioritize customer satisfaction. Recently, I took my Mercedes to a different dealership for strut repairs, and they quoted me an exorbitant $5,000. Feeling a bit skeptical, I decided to seek a second opinion at Lonestar Elite. To my delight, they assessed my struts and found them in excellent condition. However, they did notice a crack in my engine mount, which was covered under my warranty. As a result, I only had to pay a mere $100. Lonestar Elite truly goes above and beyond to ensure their customers receive the best possible service. I’ve been bringing all my vehicles to them ever since, and I highly recommend them to anyone in need of reliable and affordable automotive repairs. These guys go above and beyond. Lone Star Elite Automotive in Fort Worth did a great job! They were upfront about the repair and gave me options on how to get my Van fixed the best possible way that wasn’t going to be too expensive . They fixed our Van in a timely manner and kept us updated the whole time. Thanks Again!!!

I am very pleased with the work performed by Lonestar Elite Automotive. I especially liked their user portal which clearly stated the issues diagnosed and gave a yes/no option for me to approve repairs and also listed mechanic notes. It was easy to follow and convenient to be able to reply at my leisure.

The best repair shop experience I’ve ever had in my life. Took a 1993 Chevy truck with a laundry list of items and piece by piece, they performed excellent repairs. Incredibly thorough, incredibly upfront and honest which was one of the most important aspects to me. I wanted someone who can shoot me straight and fix what needs fixing. Outstanding workmanship, outstanding communication, outstanding workforce. I will be a customer for life.

I really liked the service i received at Lonestar Elite Automotive. I usually do my own work but didn't want to mess with changing the transmission fluid. They thoroughly inspected my vehicle while changing my fluid and identified a possible oil leak around the timing cover and let me know that my oil was 2 quarts low. I appreciated that i formation so that i could take action later.

I LOVE THIS PLACE!!! This place is hands down the BEST in Texas! This was my first big service for my Mercedes and these guys were awesome! They let me know up front anything that needed to be done and had me approve the services I decided to have completed. Service was quick, thorough, and HONEST! If you’re looking for an auto shop that is affordable, efficient and gives great customer service this is the place to go. They send you a report of the diagnoses and a link to approve/decline the services recommended along with photos. 10/10 recommend to all my family and friends

I took my car there to get a diagnostic test and was given a fair price. However, After talking with Jesse, one of the general managers, we thought it might be a better idea to take it to a body shop due to the extent of the damages. Jesse himself drove my car to the body shop and ended up, only performing a portion of the work (alignment) originally quoted to me as to not double dip on labor hours. It was very meaningful to me that he helped me make the best choice for my car and situation instead of simply taking the work. I 100% trust this company and will certainly work with them again in the future.

Great shop! Major service on my Fiesta ST - timing belt, water pump & thermostat, done quickly and done right. Jesse and team kept me apprised of progress and the price was half of the dealer. I’ll be back. 5 stars.
